1. General Information
Tidy&Go (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides premium residential and commercial cleaning services with European-quality standards.
By booking a cleaning service, requesting a quote, or allowing our team into your property, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Estimates & Pricing

All prices are estimates based on home size, service type, and expected cleaning time.

The final price may vary depending on:

the condition of the property
-
additional tasks added by the client

deep cleaning requirements

Any price change is always communicated before we begin.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service, immediately after completion.

We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, and other digital payments.

For recurring clients, payment must be made on the scheduled cleaning day to maintain future appointments.

All sales are final once the service is completed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect our team’s time:

Cancelation or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the booking cost.

If we arrive and cannot access the property, this is considered a no-show.
5. What Is Included / Not Included
Each cleaning type (Standard, Deep, First-Time, Move In/Out, Boutique) includes specific tasks listed on our website.
Services not included by default (e.g., laundry, dishes, inside appliances, high-detail organizing, outdoor cleaning) may be added as paid add-ons.
We do not:

move heavy furniture
-
clean areas with biohazards
-
handle infestation, mold removal, or extreme hoarder conditions
-
guarantee removal of permanent stains or damage
If a situation is unsafe or requires specialized equipment, the team may decline the task.
6. Property Condition
Tidy&Go is not responsible for:

pre-existing damage
-
loose fixtures or unstable items
-
artwork, décor, or furniture that is not securely mounted
-
natural wear and tear revealed after cleaning
If something appears fragile or risky, we will notify you before touching it.
7. Damages
If accidental damage occurs:

Please notify us within 24 hours.

We will offer one of the following:
-
repair (if possible)
-
replacement
-
compensation based on fair market value

We do not cover damage from unstable items (poor mounting, improper installation, loose shelves, etc.).
8. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing entry access during the scheduled time.
Accepted options:

Being home
-
Leaving a key or code
-
Providing access through a lockbox
If we cannot enter, the visit may be charged as a no-show.
9. Pets
We are pet-friendly.
However:

Aggressive animals must be secured
-
We are not responsible for pets escaping during entry/exit
-
Pet waste cleanup requires an add-on fee
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct it free of charge.
Requests made after 24 hours may require an additional fee.
11. Health, Safety & Supplies

Our team uses professional, eco-friendly products unless the client requests otherwise.

If you prefer your own supplies, please make sure they are safe for surfaces.

We reserve the right to refuse cleaning if unsafe conditions are present (mold, infestation, hazardous materials, etc.).
12. Recurring Services
To keep a recurring discount active, cleanings must occur on schedule (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
Skipped or irregular visits may be charged as first-time or deep cleaning.
13. Photos & Media
With your permission, Tidy&Go may take before/after photos for internal documentation or marketing.
We never show personal items, faces, or any identifying details without written approval.
14. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
